Technical Security has created a secure community by linking all access control and CCTV across three community hubs in separate locations.

The system comprises of the following, all engineering and installation was completed in house.

-Access control of 12 door access three separate locations  

-5x solar powered CCTV poles connecting back to recreation hubs 

-30x new IP cameras across three buildings 

-5x wireless networks links comprising of 900mhz and 5ghz links 

-500 custom access fobs

'-All offsite access for remote programming and control

Retail Site

Installation of the following

50 IP cameras for complete site coverage controlled by one central VMS.

Completed site alarm and detection system comprising of 50 active alarm inputs with offsite monitoring. 

Evolve apartments required a security upgrade to control building entry and access. 

Technical Security installed a complete access control solution for all building entry points including two lift integrations to lock off resident floor levels. This had drastically increased security and provides management with a real time log of user access and control.
